The contact person specified when booking the stand will receive an email from Trippus with information on how to log in to the exhibitor portal. The username is the email address provided during booking, and you create your password at your first login. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one using the “Forgot Password” function.

In the exhibitor portal, under the “Personnel” tab, you register the staff who will be working in your stand. It is important to do this well in advance of the event so that you can easily print your exhibitor badges upon arrival during move-in day.

A detailed description of how to log in to the portal can be found under the section “How do I register staff for the stand?”.

Once logged in to the exhibitor portal, you will find a unique registration link under the “Guests” tab that you can share with both existing and potential customers. Through this link, they can register for the exhibition free of charge and receive a 50% discount on the conference ticket.

When someone registers using your link, it will be visible in the exhibitor portal, giving you a clear overview of your leads. You can also start booking meetings and planning your presence at the event.

If you wish to purchase conference tickets internally, you can also use the same link and benefit from the 50% discount.

Instructions Lead Scanning

The Lead Scanning login is used by exhibitors to scan visitors in your stand. Visitor data is then collected as leads in your exhibitor portal.

The tool is included in your registration fee for one user. If you require unlimited users, this can be added via an upgraded registration package – read more here.

Note: No app download is required – you use the login provided.

For constructions and branding exceeding 2.50 meters, an additional fee applies. This does not apply to stand lighting. Structures higher than 2.50 meters must be secured to the ceiling with a safety wire. Please contact your sales representative when booking your stand.

You can add access to the networking event when registering as stand staff for an additional fee via card payment. Please note that networking may be included in your package depending on what you have purchased.

The networking reception opens at 4:45 pm and will be held in the bistro in the entrance hall.
